  • Senior Backend Engineer

    Platform

    Own the order engine, carrier routing, and webhooks. TypeScript, Node, Postgres, Redis, BullMQ. You pick reliability over cleverness.

How we hire

A short, respectful process

Start to offer usually takes 2–3 weeks. We'll tell you where you stand after every step.

    Intro chat (30 min)

    Mutual fit. You learn what we do, we learn what you want. No trick questions.

  2. 02

    Take-home (≤4 hours)

    Scoped, paid, relevant to the role. We explicitly respect the time budget.

  3. 03

    Deep dive (90 min)

    Walk us through your take-home and a past project. Live collaboration, not a whiteboard interrogation.

  4. 04

    Founder chat + references

    Talk with a founder, we call two references, you ask us anything. Offer within 48 hours.
