Getting started
What is SMSPin and how does it work?
SMSPin rents you a real virtual phone number for a single SMS verification. You pick a country and app, pay from your balance, and receive the OTP in your browser — usually within 30 seconds. If no code arrives, you are auto-refunded.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in the browser. Numbers, OTPs, receipts, and API keys live in your SMSPin account.
How fast do OTPs arrive?
Median delivery is under 20 seconds for popular services. Some apps (messaging service, business app) are almost instant; carrier-routed codes can take up to a minute.
Can I reuse the same number for multiple OTPs?
One number is billed per activation. If you need long-term access to the same number, use our rental plans instead.
Pricing & payments
How much does one SMS cost?
Prices depend on country and service. Popular combos start at $0.12 and most are under $0.50. See the pricing page for live rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, TRX), cards (Visa/Mastercard), Binance Pay, QIWI, DOKU, Payeer, Skrill, Payoneer and more.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the listed price on activation. Failed activations are automatically refunded to your balance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Activations that never receive an OTP within the time limit refund automatically. See the refund policy for details.

Which countries are available?
We cover 210+ countries and territories. Stock fluctuates by hour — if a country is out, check again shortly or enable email alerts.
Which apps and services work?
Over 10,000 services, including business app, messaging service, Google, Facebook, social app, marketplace app, Binance, Uber, Airbnb, and virtually any service that sends an SMS code.
Can I choose a specific area code?
Mostly no — our routing picks the best available number for the chosen service and country. Area-code selection is available on dedicated rentals.
Privacy & security
Is it legal to use a virtual number?
Yes, in most jurisdictions. SMSPin is a privacy tool; you remain responsible for following the terms of the app you verify with.
Do you share my data?
No. We only retain what is needed to run the service. We never sell customer data.
Can the same number reach me twice?
Numbers are released after your activation. Anyone else could pull the same number later — so never use our numbers for accounts that hold value to you.
API & integration
Is there an API?
Yes. REST endpoints under /api/v1/ let you request numbers, poll OTP status, and manage balance. See the API docs for examples.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes. Register a URL and we POST signed events when an OTP arrives, an order expires, or a number is cancelled.
Any rate limits?
10 number requests per minute by default. Higher limits on paid plans; contact us for enterprise.
