Can I cancel and get my money back?
Yes, as long as the number has not received any SMS yet. Cancel it from your dashboard and the full price goes back to your balance automatically. After the first message arrives, the rental stays active until it ends.
Can I extend the rental and keep the same number?
Yes. While the rental is still active, open it in your dashboard and choose Extend — you keep the same number and the extra time is added to the current end date, charged from your balance. Nothing renews automatically; if you let it run out, the number is released and nothing else is charged.
Who else can see the messages sent to my HowZat number?
Nobody. While the rental is active, the number belongs to your account only, and its messages appear only in your own dashboard.
