1. Nature of the service
SMSPin provides access to temporary virtual phone numbers and the SMS codes delivered to them. These are digital, on-demand services — there is no physical product to ship, receive, or return.
2. Failed activations = automatic refund
If a number you rented fails to receive the expected SMS within the rental window, the full cost is automatically credited back to your SMSPin balance. No request, no form, no waiting. See the full Refund Policy for exact conditions.
3. When a "return" is not possible
- Successful activations — once a valid SMS has been received and the OTP shown to you, the service has been delivered and cannot be returned.
- Wrong country / wrong app — if you selected the wrong country or service at checkout, the order cannot be returned. Please double-check your selection before paying.
- Expired rental windows — if you didn't use the number within its paid rental, the rental has still been allocated to you and cannot be returned.
4. Balance top-ups
Balance added to your SMSPin account is held for your use — it isn't consumed until you place orders. Unused balance can be withdrawn to your original payment method under the rules in Section 6 of the Refund Policy. We don't issue returns on the top-up itself, but we do let you take your own balance out.
5. Order disputes
If you believe an order was charged in error or the service did not perform as described, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. Include the order ID and a short description. Most disputes resolve in minutes — faster than a chargeback, and better for both of us.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Where local law provides a right of withdrawal for digital services, that right applies only until the service begins to be performed — i.e. until the virtual number is allocated to your account.
